We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your order. At Lune and Linen, we aim to make the return process as clear and smooth as possible.

Return Policy

You may return your order for free within 60 days of receipt.

As part of our offer, we provide our customers with hassle-free returns. This includes that all costs of returns will be our cost and not yours!

How to Return Your Order

Step 1: Contact Us

Send us a message on WhatsApp: +31 6 44920164 (preferred) with your order number, email used to order, and possibly a reason for your return, so we can improve our products and services where needed for the future!

Alternatively, email us at customer@luneandlinen.com  with the above mentioned details.

Step 2: Send Your Package

After receiving return instructions, send the items to the return address provided. 

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive the returned items in good condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as order processing may have already begun.
